Perfect Table

Oceania Cruises, already

for it to be served upon. As the first in a series of corporate initiatives that
underscore Oceania Cruises’ position as an industry leader in the field of
culinary excellence, the line is set to unveil the ultimate in supreme dining
experiences. Adorned with chic Versace china, glimmering Christofle silver and
delicate Riedel crystal, The Perfect Table sets the stage upon which Oceania
Cruises’ culinary masters showcase their talent and creativity each evening.
Renowned for their celebrated cuisine, Oceania Cruises’ menus are the artful
craft of world renowned Master Chef, Jacques Pépin and the menus have been
adroitly refined with an infusion of new creations, classic dishes and
time-honored favorites. Of course, variety is the key to extraordinary dining
and our menus are the most extensive at sea. Our four open seating gourmet
restaurants offer almost 200 different items every day that change on a daily
basis to offer you an astounding number of choices at every meal. From ingenious
fusion dishes and nouvelle cuisine to the simplicity of our Jacques Pepin

Perfect Table debuted aboard Nautica on May 21, 2006 and is scheduled to debut

Holland America puts Alaska Treats on the Menu
Holland America Line aims to
elevate the classic cruise dessert, Baked Alaska, to a new art form by adding a
dusting of edible 24-karat gold. ‘Gold Rush Baked Alaska’ features on the
dessert menus of this season’s Alaska voyages, offered each night with a
revolving variety of toppings including fresh berries and other products from
the 49th state. For a second year, Holland America is showcasing ‘Going Wild for
Salmon’ menu additions on Alaska cruises. In addition to numerous salmon dishes
created by master chef Rudi Sodamin, the program includes special on-board
culinary events, cooking demonstrations and seminars. |
